Pairing of Mentees & Mentors
MENTEE & MENTOR INDUCTIONS

Mentees & Mentors inducted in peer groups

Induction is compulsory for all participants and can be done in person or online

Induction clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of both the Mentors & Mentees

All parties leave the induction clear on the next steps and how to get the most out of the program

Mentees & Mentors have the opportunity to meet, network and begin the journey together
MENTEE & MENTOR MEETINGS (THE MENTORING SESSIONS)

We recommend a 9 month mentoring program

Mentees & Mentors meet once a month for 45 - 60 minutes
-
Mentees are required to do some planning before each meeting, and create an agenda
-
Mentees are often required to take actions or complete tasks (as set by their Mentor) between sessions

Mentees can expect to be challenges and need to be open to their Mentors suggestions
ONGOING SUPPORT

We provide all participants with program workbooks

We support all participants and assist with any challenges throughout the program

All participants have a peer group catch up at the 3 month and 6 month mark

Monthly communication via our Mentoring Monthly newsletter helps keep in touch and provides Mentees and Mentors with tips, advice and guidance

LEADING MENTOR FACILITATOR
In 2016, James had an experience that continues to have an impact on his career to this day. That experience was having a Mentor who was able to work closely with him and open his eyes to new career possibilities.
Since then, James has in turn been a Mentor to numerous people, and has been running mentoring programs since 2019.
A recruitment expert and job seeker coach, James is passionate about individuals reaching their full potential and an advocate for the unique power that effective mentoring has.
